Challenge
The main requirement of the client was to create a completely trouble-free product, as the main goal of the client is to use chatbots in the banking sector, which is the most heavily loaded in terms of communication with users.
In addition, the client wanted to see a flexible system of dialogue, when the algorithm chooses the most appropriate answer itself based on the question asked and the number of answers available in the database.
In the future, the client wants to implement a learning platform where the algorithm based on neural networks can independently communicate with the user.
Solution
By methodology, the client chose Scrum with weekly sprints. At the end of each week a working prototype of the product was provided with all the changes. Also, development management was on his side.
In order to meet the requirement of complete product reliability, a Micro Service Architecture without a single point of failure has been implemented.
Given our expertise in chatbots, the client is satisfied with the development progress.
The development is still in progress and we plan to seriously go ahead of schedule and save the client the budget that he allocated for the project launch.
