Challenge
The goal of the project was to create a system for finding information about unknown phone numbers. The idea was that users would fill in the database themselves, while others could check the phone number and find out who called them.
It was especially important to preserve the confidentiality of personal numbers and protect against information leaks.
Solution
We used Kanban methodology, the development management process was on the client side.
Initially, the project plan was to search only the U.S. phone code +1. After studying the technical part, the team found a solution on how to implement the search for the whole North American numbering plan, not just for the U.S. The implementation of this proposal resulted in increased site traffic and revenue.
At the time of release, all the conceived functionality worked, which can testify to the quality work done.
Outcome
A service that people really need.
The monthly audience of the project is tens of thousands of visits, and the base grows by hundreds of numbers per day.
The beginning of a long and successful cooperation.
