Challenge
The main task was to optimize the existing system for parsing insurance information and provide users with the best insurance options. It was necessary to increase the speed of data collection, reduce the load on the system and introduce additional filtering.
Solution
We started by studying closed APIs in other insurance companies' mobile applications. After comparing and analyzing different methodologies, we chose the most optimal and productive solutions to integrate into the current project.
The second priority task was to expand the number of filters by which users could choose and compare different insurance programs.
The project was successfully completed and launched on time, and the client was satisfied with the quality of services. Modernization of the system allowed increasing the website traffic and the client's income.
Currently, we are discussing the development of additional functionality for further cooperation.
Outcome
Customer service has become faster, more convenient and personalized.
Now customers can choose the right insurance at the best price.
We have increased the client base, the quality of services provided and the client's income itself.
Our developer has done extensive work on analyzing closed APIs. The client wants to use this experience to further improve the service.
