Chatforma is one of the largest platforms in CIS for creating functional, clear, and accessible chatbots for Facebook, Telegram, VK & Viber. It allows to develop business and automate processes. The company needed to create features for further development.

Challenge
The client entrusted us with the development of basic functionality for the subsequent transfer of the entire development cycle to his IT department.
It was important to make the project available and qualitative for further transfer, so the task was initially set to make the code of maximum quality and to ensure a trouble-free operation of the basic functions. The client has chosen Time & Material model for high-quality performance.









Solution
Chatbots are an ultimate helper to any business in social networks, so we built the process on customer availability and uptime.
Task setting and development management were fully performed on the client's side, which allowed the project to aggregate management expertise together with a high level of development.
Mentioning methodology, the client chose SCRUM with weekly sprints. At the end of each week a working prototype of the product was provided with all the changes.
After the development was completed, the stage of complete transfer of the project and technical documentation to the client's IT department took place.

At the moment the platform has enlarged to about 48000 chatbots, and its total audience is more than 1300000 people
